Robyn Clark She/They

Robyn Clark (she/they) is a Métis emerging theatre artist born in Sikóóhkotoki (Lethbridge) and currently based in amiskwaciwâskahikan (Edmonton). They are a recent graduate of MacEwan University's Music Theatre Performance BFA and also completed two years at the University of Lethbridge in the Drama Education BFA/BEd program. 

Robyn is passionate about accessibility and community in theatre, and their goal is to create theatre that advocates for accessibility and builds community. They recently founded Background Noise Theatre, an independent theatre company that is working to facilitate theatre intended to champion emerging, underrepresented, and marginalized theatre artists in discovering and expressing complex and marginalized artistic identities through  performance. She was awarded Sterling nominations for Outstanding Fringe Performance By An Individual and Outstanding Fringe Performance By An Ensemble for their performance in WROL (Without Rule of Law) at the Edmonton International Fringe Theatre Festival in 2024. She also enjoys collecting double decker teapots, facts about municipal elections, and Light Rail Transit systems.
